Fineline Motosports was started in 1993 when Tom Rowan left
the White Brothers suspension department to start the only suspension shop
located in Huntington Beach. About a year later Jason Hess started as a
part-time high school student age 15 and is still working with us today at age
25. The shop maintains at least one other part-time helper to clean parts.
2 years ago Jason became interested in the XR50's and 110's - now Jason has one
of the most extensive backgrounds with these bikes, helping many manufactures
with spring rate development as well as installing Takegawa bore-up kits in his
spare time.
Both Tom and Jason insist on testing each new model motorcycles when they comes
out to get a feel for the needs of the riders....(tough job but somebody has to
do it). They also try to get to the local tracks as much as possible to assist
riders with setting sag and adjustments to their bike for the track and riding
conditions.
Please stop by any time you see the Fineline Box Van - setting sag and going
over adjustments is a FREE service that Fineline provides for all riders no
matter where they have or have not had their suspension done.
